Property Rentals & Management
We manage around 60 rental properties for both private landlords and companies.
Services include tenant placement, monthly invoicing, maintenance coordination, inspections, legal support, and more. We only get paid when you do, so we’re fully invested in looking after your property.
- Monthly invoices are being generated through the TPN Rentbook system
- Monthly report being sent to the Landlord including payments, Maintenance invoices etc.
- If the Tenant doesn’t pay, CURROlifestyle also does not get paid commission
- Maintenance for Landlords are being managed by myself and The Team.
- Inspections are being done on a regular basis.
- Eviction letters are sent for any non-Payments as well as Domestic Violence (This is a non-negotiable for me).
- Lawyers assisting when and where necessary 24 hours a day.
- Landscaping overseen where and when necessary.
- Pool maintenance overseen by a company CURROlifestyle have been using for the last couple of years.

- Storyboard is presented to the owner with textures, elements and colours reflecting to make the choices easier.
- Landscaping (I have personally done landscaping competitions and have achieved the price for the “Best Lawn” on the East Rand Garden Competition
- Soft FUrnishings such as Curtains, Blinds, excellent service provider who works for Various of the curtain shops in Pretoria East.
