To protect yourself, please adhere to the following safety protocols:

• Official Communication Only: All official emails from our office will originate strictly from the domain @co.za. Be wary of “look-alike” domains (e.g., those ending in .asta or with slight misspellings).
• No Changes to Banking via Email: We will never send an email or SMS notifying you of a change in our banking details. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent.
• Independent Verification: Before making any deposit or transfer, please telephonically verify the banking details with me directly using my known mobile number. Do not use any phone numbers provided within a suspicious email.
• Ignore Suspicious Links: If you receive unexpected emails regarding “SARS refunds,” “Aramex deliveries,” or “urgent invoices,” do not click any links or download attachments. These are often used to intercept sensitive data.
